InfinityFoodMart always strive to maintain the highest possible standard in ensuring that only quality items are delivered to customers. Verification of freshness is given utmost priority in all our engagements with our suppliers. We also maintain high standards in the logistics for delivery and packaging of all the products so you can receive the item in the fresh and good conditions.

If you have reason to doubt the quality of what is delivered to you or strong evidence that the quality and or freshness of any item delivered to you is suspect, please follow this link to explain your observation and state in clear terms what is wrong with the product delivered to you. You may also upload a picture to establish an evidence to your claim or observation. Once this is done, a complaint log will be opened for you on our system.

If you feel strong that the item is not acceptable to you, you may return some or part of the order. Be assured that our quality assurance team will investigate and recommend appropriate compensation for any portion of your order that is rejected and returned with valid reasons within four working days.
